The design provides for a residential building facing the street and atelier or studio houses facing the courtyard. The residential structure on the street will have 6 floors and a penthouse level at the top floor. Only the infrastructure for the bathrooms an kitchens are fixed. The floor plans allow for freely creating user-defined designs. 3 townhouses are planned for the courtyard. Studios are at the ground floor with the living quarters being above. Each unit has spacious open spaces - at the ground floor, they have a garden and at the upper level and on the rooftop terraces.
